We make sure to take the time necessary to discuss with our clients the best suited flooring solution for their needs. Every facility is different and we plan and prepare to make the process flow as easy as possible.
Expectation
We value setting the proper expectations with you the client. We walk through the process on-site in a systematic, step-by-step process so that you have a good understanding of what to expect from the scheduling, installation, and completion of your new floor.
Installation
After process briefing, our team will begin the floor installation process. Our trained installers will perform quality work while keeping you informed from start to finish.
Completion
After completion of the floor, our team will make sure to leave the job cleaned up and ready for your use. Customers will be notified and presented with the finished floor and will be given a maintenance guide. All billing is handled electronically via email for your convenience.
